President
The President presides at Society meetings and acts as Society spokesperson, generally supervising and keeping in touch with all Society activities.

Programs Officer
The Programs Officer secures a speaker for monthly programs and organizes the end of year banquet.

Treasurer
The Treasurer collects annual dues and other fees, records and maintains custody of club funds, maintains the membership database, and keeps Name Badges current.

Communications Officer
The Communications Officer is responsible for creation and delivery of HPS newsletter and emailing announcements to HPS membership.
Lee Pratt
PSA Representative
The PSA Representative maintains a relationship with the PSA (Photographic Society of America) and acts as official HPS representative to PSA.
Tom Bryant
Historian
The Historian summarizes and records HPS board meetings and keeps general records of HPS activities and year end summary.
Steve Mitchell
Primary Competition Officer
The Primary Competition officer secures the judges for monthly competitions and oversees the judging process, including the year end competition and awards.
Philip Flowers
Workshop Chair
The Workshop Chair manages the creation, scheduling and operation of three or more workshops each year.

The Digital Competition officer manages the Digital Competition and assists the Primary Competition Officer as needed.

Competition Records Officer
The Competition Records Officer maintains the competition points database, which includes annual and lifetime totals, and maintains achievement levels of each member including former members.

Outreach and Activities Officer
The Outreach and Activities Officer plans and organizes classes for the public to fulfill our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the library, coordinates HPS Mini Classes, field trips and other activities.

Publicity Officer
The Publicity officer advertises HPS meetings and events.
Bob Gower
Exhibition Officer
The Exhibition Officer oversees HPS photo exhibits shown in public spaces and maintains existing relationships with the Library, Arts Huntsville and the HMA.
